Ice Skating at Central Park - 10th Nov
More updates.

Another essential New York Winter experience definitely has to be ice-skating outdoors. Although its not like as romantic as ice-skating on a natural lake. But it's really something else to ice-skate outdoors surrounded by nice red trees and with such a big rink.

As it was in Central Park, we walked around awhile to take some fall pictures. However, we (Sam, Clare, Simon, Eddy, June, Winki and myself) missed the peak period. Most of the trees were shedding already. So sad. Though some of the photos turned out great!

Lets see...
Nothing much there, though at the FAMOUS Literary Walk the shedding trees did have a pretty nice effect.

After which we headed to Wollman Rink...

Basically there are 2 main rinks you should go to. 1 at Rockefella Center and Wollman rink at Central Park. This rink is owned by TRUMP! Haha, so expensive man. Like 12.50 for a session plus extra for skates. But it was good.. really an experience. Not much photos though. As camera not allowed on the rink so it was pretty mafan.

After skating we went Flushing for hotpot. Translation: We went to this Chinese majority place somewhere in Queens (1 of the 5 boroughs in New York) for steamboat. Apparently its like this famous chain in China one. Tried some weird sauces and some great LAMB. Haha it was really quite good the sliced lamb.. shiok man. Then go for tang shui.. had a sesame paste. Not too bad to the end of the day.. or so I thought. In the end came back and mj-ed until like 3am. Haha. SHAG!
